The Birmingham Hotel provides excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location right next to Small Heath train station. The half hourly trains make it easy to explore the city, with Moor Street or Snow Hill station just a short ride away. The staff at this hotel are also worth mentioning. They provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Despite the hotel being in a rough area, the rooms are surprisingly clean and well-maintained. The basic amenities, such as a shower in the bathroom and a functioning kettle, add to the overall comfort of the stay.
This hotel had very few drawbacks and provided a satisfactory experience.

Everything was nice, but we stayed for 3 nights only. Loved the place, very enjoyable stay. After a long drive from Birmingham, helpful staff was waiting for us.
